Job Summary
A company is looking for a GTM Engineer to serve as the technical co-pilot for their Sales Development organization.
Key Responsibilities
- Partner cross-functionally with Engineering and Product to translate insights into actionable enablement for the Sales Development team
- Set up new features, products, and playbooks within the platform to improve efficiency for sales teams
- Utilize analytics and data to report on efficiencies and impact on pipeline generation across the GTM function
Required Qualifications
- 2+ years of relevant sales development experience selling into sales leaders
- Experience prospecting into B2B SaaS Mid-Market / Enterprise size companies
- Ability to thrive in a rapidly changing early-stage startup environment
- Strong analytic skills to leverage data for prioritizing improvements
- Deep familiarity with systems like Nooks, Hubspot, ZoomInfo, and Sales Nav
