Job Summary
A company is looking for a Go-To-Market (GTM) Engineer to drive pipeline and revenue through data-driven GTM execution.
Key Responsibilities
- Translate Sales and Marketing hypotheses into executable GTM experiments
- Rapidly test new audiences, signals, messaging, and channels to measure impact on pipeline and conversion
- Collaborate with RevOps and Marketing to enhance data quality and operationalize campaign strategies
Required Qualifications
- 5+ years of experience in Sales Ops, GTM Ops, Growth, RevOps, Marketing Ops, or a related role
- Strong experience with CRM and GTM data in B2B SaaS environments
- Familiarity with data workflows, automation, and AI-assisted analysis
- Comfort with modern AI tools (LLMs, classification, extraction)
- Proven ability to influence cross-functionally
