Job Summary

A company is looking for a Go-To-Market (GTM) Engineer to drive pipeline and revenue through data-driven GTM execution.

Key Responsibilities
  • Translate Sales and Marketing hypotheses into executable GTM experiments
  • Rapidly test new audiences, signals, messaging, and channels to measure impact on pipeline and conversion
  • Collaborate with RevOps and Marketing to enhance data quality and operationalize campaign strategies
Required Qualifications
  • 5+ years of experience in Sales Ops, GTM Ops, Growth, RevOps, Marketing Ops, or a related role
  • Strong experience with CRM and GTM data in B2B SaaS environments
  • Familiarity with data workflows, automation, and AI-assisted analysis
  • Comfort with modern AI tools (LLMs, classification, extraction)
  • Proven ability to influence cross-functionally
