GTM Engineer

Job Summary

A company is looking for a GTM Engineer (Growth).

Key Responsibilities

• Drive expansion and revenue growth by building systems that identify ICPs and expansion opportunities
• Automate GTM workflows across the buyer journey from account enrichment to personalized outreach
• Collaborate with Sales, Marketing, and Product to align experiments with GTM goals

Required Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience in a software or data engineering role, ideally in growth or GTM teams
• Proficiency in Node.js, SQL & NoSQL, and working with APIs and data pipelines
• Familiarity with tools like Clearbit, Apollo, or similar for data enrichment and automation
• Experience building tools or scripts to automate workflows and integrate systems
• Comfort working in a fast-paced, experiment-heavy environment
