GTM Engineer

Job Summary

A company is looking for a GTM Engineer to architect and scale automation systems for outbound sales and marketing workflows.

Key Responsibilities

• Own and evolve automation workflows across multiple platforms to support outbound prospecting and lead management
• Design AI-driven enrichment workflows and implement GPT-driven personalization frameworks to enhance seller efficiency
• Collaborate with various teams to improve routing logic and automate manual processes to accelerate execution

Required Qualifications

• 3 to 5 years of experience in GTM Operations, Revenue Operations, or a technical automation role within B2B SaaS
• BA/BS degree preferred
• Deep hands-on experience with Salesforce and understanding of CRM architecture
• Experience with workflow automation tools and sales engagement platforms
• Strong systems thinker with a proven ability to translate automation initiatives into measurable improvements
