Required Qualifications

4+ years in GTM operations or GTM engineering at a B2B SaaS company
Deep experience with HubSpot CRM and workflow automation
Proficiency with AI-assisted development tools
Experience with lead routing and sales process design
Ability to conduct build vs. buy analyses for tooling needs
