Required Qualifications

• 4-6 years of experience in revenue operations, sales operations, or GTM operations in a B2B environment
• Experience in transforming chaotic sales organizations into structured systems
• Strong technical skills in CRM setup, API connections, and no-code tools
• Experience in building AI workflows and understanding B2B GTM motions
• Ability to make system architecture decisions and work with consultants for implementation
