GTM Engineer

Job Summary

A company is looking for a GTM Engineer to join their team in a remote, full-time role.

Key Responsibilities

• Maintain and improve the core enrichment pipeline for prospect data
• Develop and optimize account scoring pipelines for lead evaluation
• Build and manage systems for syncing event attendee lists into Salesforce campaigns

Required Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience in GTM Engineering, Revenue Operations, or a related technical role in a high-growth B2B SaaS company
• Proficient in TypeScript or Python with a solid understanding of database schema design
• Familiarity with CRM tools such as Salesforce, HubSpot, or similar platforms
• Experience with data quality management and enrichment providers
• Strong systems thinking with the ability to design scalable solutions
