GTM Engineer

Job Summary

A company is looking for a GTM Engineer to join their Growth team.

Key Responsibilities

• Build internal AI apps and workflow automations to enhance GTM processes
• Collaborate with Sales, Marketing, Community Engineering, and Customer Success to understand and solve their challenges
• Analyze GTM behaviors and create scalable systems to operationalize best practices

Required Qualifications

• 2+ years of full-stack or backend development experience
• Experience in developing high-quality production software, including apps, APIs, or automations
• Fluency with AI-assisted development and experience with LLMs and AI APIs
• Understanding of GTM systems and experience with automation and integration tools
• Ability to work across the stack, from scripting to front-end development
