Job Summary

A company is looking for a GTM Engineer, Healthcare.

Key Responsibilities

Build and operate automated workflows for researching and scoring target hospital accounts
Configure intent signals and respond to buying triggers with AI-personalized outreach
Design outreach sequences, A/B test messaging, and track conversion rates

Required Qualifications

2-4 years in B2B sales, sales ops, rev ops, or growth with experience in building systems
Hands-on experience with Clay, Apollo, Salesforce, or similar GTM tools
Ability to design automation for manual processes
Experience in healthcare or health-tech is a plus
Technical skills in SQL, Python, or API for custom data pipelines are beneficial
