GTM Engineer

Job Summary

A company is looking for a GTM Engineer to build and execute targeted acquisition systems for their AI agent platform.

Key Responsibilities

• Build target account lists and identify decision makers across various industries
• Launch and monitor multi-channel outbound campaigns and small-scale PPC campaigns
• Continuously iterate messaging, targeting, and campaign performance based on metrics

Required Qualifications

• Experience with outbound tools such as Clay, Apollo, and Smartlead
• Strong understanding of deliverability and cold outreach systems
• Comfortable running Google Ads and basic display/ABM campaigns
• Builder mindset with fast execution and a focus on constant iteration
• Ability to own metrics end-to-end, not just run campaigns
