Job Summary

Key Responsibilities

Own and enhance lead generation infrastructure, including sourcing and enriching market data
Manage HubSpot CRM data quality and build lead routing workflows
Implement outreach tools and develop best practices for sales enablement

Required Qualifications

2-6+ years in GTM Ops, Growth Ops, RevOps, or related sales/growth engineering roles
Proficiency in Clay for building and maintaining workflows
Proficiency in HubSpot for CRM architecture and reporting
Experience in B2B data sourcing and lead qualification at scale
Understanding of enterprise B2B buying groups and complex sales cycles
