A company is looking for a Founding GTM Engineer to design and scale a modern, AI-enabled revenue engine.

Key Responsibilities

• Design, build, and operate a modern outbound revenue engine with intelligent workflows
• Architect data, systems, and processes for effective targeting and engagement
• Automate manual tasks to enhance productivity for Account Executives and Sales Development Representatives

Required Qualifications

• Expertise in go-to-market (GTM) strategies and workflows
• Experience building systems that integrate data and automation
• Fluency in AI and automation, including experience with LLMs
• Strong data-driven decision-making skills
• Ability to work autonomously in a remote environment
