GTM Engineer

Job Summary

GTM Engineer, a full-time remote position responsible for building and managing the operational backbone of the GTM organization, focusing on systems, data flows, and enablement programs to enhance sales and marketing efficiency.

Key Responsibilities

• Administer and integrate the full GTM tech stack, designing workflows and leading tooling decisions
• Build dashboards and establish analytical foundations for real-time visibility into funnel health and forecast accuracy
• Design and execute onboarding and skill development programs, operationalizing sales methodologies through training and coaching

Required Qualifications

• 5+ years in GTM/revenue/sales operations or enablement at a B2B SaaS company, preferably in a startup environment
• Hands-on experience with modern GTM tools such as HubSpot and Salesforce
• Proven ability to create dashboards and analytical frameworks from scratch
• Experience in designing and delivering effective enablement programs
• High ownership and comfort operating in ambiguous situations without existing playbooks
