GTM Engineer

Job Summary

To support the sales and revenue teams, the full-time remote GTM Engineer will design, build, and operationalize AI-powered agents and workflow automation that enhance sales processes and data management.

Key responsibilities

• Design and build AI-powered GTM agents for automating deal intelligence and opportunity scoring throughout the sales cycle
• Translate GTM processes into technical systems, ensuring alignment between revenue team needs and technological capabilities
• Architect and maintain data infrastructure for GTM systems, including integrations with core tools like Salesforce and Gong

Required qualifications

• 4+ years of experience in technical revenue operations, sales systems engineering, or GTM engineering
• Hands-on experience building AI-powered tools and familiarity with LLMs and AI agent frameworks
• Strong proficiency with Salesforce, including data models, APIs, and reporting
• Experience with data enrichment and workflow automation platforms like Clay
• Ability to translate business processes into working technical systems with minimal guidance
