Job Summary
Owning the technical and operational layer of Branch's marketing engine, the remote GTM Engineer (Marketing) will manage marketing automation, campaign operations, and attribution reporting while collaborating closely with the Marketing team and RevOps.
Key responsibilities
- Manage the HubSpot marketing automation layer, including nurture workflows and lifecycle stage transitions
- Develop and maintain AI agent tools for content operations and SEO/AEO keyword intelligence workflows
- Standardize marketing attribution across campaigns and automate performance reporting
Required qualifications
- 3-5 years of experience in marketing operations or revenue operations at a B2B SaaS company
- Hands-on experience with HubSpot, including building marketing automation workflows and reporting
- Experience with email nurture programs and measurable engagement outcomes
- Familiarity with marketing attribution concepts and implementation in HubSpot
- Experience with AI-assisted workflows or automation tools in a marketing or ops context
