GTM Engineer

Job Summary

Joining the Growth team, the full-time GTM Engineer will manage the internal platform for GTM operations, focusing on code review, feature development, and infrastructure management while collaborating with cross-functional contributors in a hybrid work environment.

Key responsibilities

• Review pull requests from contributors to ensure code quality, security, and production readiness
• Identify business problems and develop features end-to-end, including API integrations
• Manage deployments and maintain infrastructure for the GTM platform

Required qualifications

• 3+ years of full-stack software engineering experience, including front-end development
• Proficiency in JavaScript/TypeScript, React/Next.js, Postgres, Docker, AWS, and API integrations
• Experience in multi-person codebases, including code review and managing merge conflicts
• Demonstrated ability to own features from problem identification to solution implementation
• Comfort with DevOps practices, including server management and deployments
