GTM Engineer

Job Summary

Owning the internal platform for GTM operations, the full-time GTM Engineer will manage code reviews, feature development, and infrastructure operations while working collaboratively with cross-functional teams in a hybrid work environment.

Key responsibilities

• Review pull requests from contributors to ensure code quality and security
• Identify business problems and develop features from scoping to deployment
• Manage deployments and maintain the infrastructure for the GTM platform

Required qualifications

• 3+ years of full-stack software engineering experience, including front-end development
• Proficiency in a modern web stack: JavaScript/TypeScript, React/Next.js, Postgres, Docker, AWS, and API integrations
• Experience with multi-person codebases, including code reviews and resolving merge conflicts
• Demonstrated ability to own features end-to-end without predefined specifications
• Comfort with DevOps practices related to servers, deployments, and infrastructure management
