GTM Engineer

Job Summary

Owning the internal platform that powers GTM operations, the full-time GTM Engineer will manage code reviews, feature development, and infrastructure operations while working collaboratively with cross-functional teams in a hybrid environment.

Key responsibilities

• Review pull requests for logic, security, and production-readiness while maintaining the GTM platform codebase
• Identify business problems and develop features end-to-end, including integrating external APIs
• Manage deployments, servers, and infrastructure, ensuring code quality and documentation standards

Required qualifications

• 3+ years of full-stack software engineering experience, including front-end development
• Fluency in a modern web stack: JavaScript/TypeScript, React/Next.js, Postgres, Docker, AWS, Prisma, and API integrations
• Experience in contributing to and reviewing code within a multi-person codebase
• Proven track record of owning features from problem identification to solution implementation
• Comfort with DevOps practices, including server management and deployments
