GTM Engineer

Job Summary

To support the Growth team, the full-time salaried GTM Engineer will manage the internal platform for GTM operations by reviewing code contributions, developing features end-to-end, and maintaining infrastructure, all while working in a hybrid environment.

Key responsibilities

• Review pull requests from cross-functional contributors to ensure code quality and production readiness
• Identify business problems and build features from scoping to deployment
• Manage deployments, servers, and infrastructure for the GTM platform while maintaining documentation and code standards

Required qualifications

• 3+ years of full-stack software engineering experience, including front-end development
• Fluency in a modern web stack: JavaScript/TypeScript, React/Next.js, Postgres, Docker, AWS, and API integrations
• Experience with multi-person codebases, including code reviews and managing merge conflicts
• Proven track record of owning features end-to-end without detailed specifications
• Comfort with DevOps practices, including server management and deployments
