GTM Engineer

Job Summary

Owning the internal platform that powers GTM operations, the full-time GTM Engineer will manage code reviews, develop features end-to-end, and oversee infrastructure while working in a hybrid environment.

Key responsibilities

• Review pull requests from cross-functional contributors to ensure code quality and security
• Identify business problems and build features, integrating external APIs as needed
• Manage deployments and maintain the GTM platform's infrastructure and code quality standards

Required qualifications

• 3+ years of full-stack software engineering experience, including front-end development
• Fluency in a modern web stack: JavaScript/TypeScript, React/Next.js, Postgres, Docker, AWS, and API integrations
• Experience in contributing to and reviewing code within a multi-person codebase
• Proven track record of owning features from problem identification to solution implementation
• Comfort with DevOps practices, including server management and deployments
