GTM Engineer
Job Summary
Joining the Growth team, the full-time GTM Engineer will manage the internal platform for GTM operations, focusing on code reviews, feature development, and infrastructure management while working remotely.
Key responsibilities
- Review pull requests from cross-functional contributors to ensure code quality and security
- Identify and solve business problems by developing features from scoping to deployment
- Manage deployments and maintain infrastructure for the GTM platform
Required qualifications
- 3+ years of full-stack software engineering experience, including front-end development
- Fluency in a modern web stack: JavaScript/TypeScript, React/Next.js, Postgres, Docker, AWS, and API integrations
- Experience in a multi-person codebase, including code review and conflict resolution
- Proven ability to own features end-to-end and drive adoption
- Comfort with DevOps practices, including server management and deployments
