Job Summary

To support a growing startup, the remote GTM Engineer will build and maintain workflows, monitor engagement signals, and route leads through the sales funnel, with flexible options for full-time, part-time, or contract commitments.

Key responsibilities

• Build and maintain workflows across the GTM stack, connecting various tools into automated sequences
• Monitor signals to track engagement data and surface patterns and anomalies to the team
• Route and qualify leads, refining the logic for lead handoff processes

Required qualifications

• Hands-on experience in building automations using tools like n8n, Make, or Zapier
• Familiarity with AI tools such as Claude or ChatGPT for research and workflow integration
• Strong awareness of engagement metrics and pipeline health
• Generalist mindset with the ability to adapt to shifting priorities across tools and tasks
• Proven ability to learn new tools and platforms quickly through hands-on experience
