Job Summary
Seeking a full-time GTM Engineer to work remotely, who will own the infrastructure connecting data, campaigns, and revenue while driving market intelligence and advanced lead-generation initiatives.
Key responsibilities
- Lead the development of AI workflows for GTM analytics and campaign optimization
- Manage technical integrations between Menufy's website, Google Ads, Meta Ads, and HubSpot to ensure seamless data flow
- Conduct revenue and pipeline analytics, providing insights on CAC, LTV, and marketing-influenced revenue attribution
Required qualifications
- Hands-on experience building integrations between MarTech tools, CRMs, and paid channels
- 3-7 years in a revenue-adjacent role, such as marketing operations or growth marketing
- Proficiency in funnel analytics and ability to diagnose conversion drops using tools like GA4 and HubSpot
- Experience with automated audience pipelines for Google Ads and Meta Custom Audiences
- Strong background in business analytics, including FP&A or statistical analysis for budget decisions
