GTM Engineer

Job Summary

Joining the Growth team, the full-time GTM Engineer will manage the internal platform for GTM operations, focusing on code review, quality assurance, and feature development while maintaining a high-velocity environment in a hybrid work setting.

Key responsibilities

• Review pull requests from cross-functional contributors to ensure code quality and security
• Identify business problems and develop features end-to-end, integrating external APIs as needed
• Manage deployments and infrastructure for the GTM platform while maintaining documentation and contributor patterns

Required qualifications

• 3+ years of full-stack software engineering experience, including front-end development
• Proficiency in JavaScript/TypeScript, React/Next.js, Postgres, Docker, AWS, and API integrations
• Experience with code reviews and managing a multi-person codebase
• Demonstrated ability to own features from problem identification to solution adoption
• Comfort with DevOps practices, including server management and deployments
