GTM Engineer

Job Summary

Owning the internal platform that powers GTM operations, the full-time salaried GTM Engineer will manage code reviews, feature development, and infrastructure operations while collaborating with cross-functional contributors in a hybrid work environment.

Key responsibilities

• Review pull requests from contributors to ensure code quality and production readiness
• Identify business problems and develop features from scoping to deployment
• Manage deployments and infrastructure for the GTM platform while maintaining documentation and contributor standards

Required qualifications

• 3+ years of full-stack software engineering experience, including front-end development
• Fluency in a modern web stack: JavaScript/TypeScript, React/Next.js, Postgres, Docker, AWS, Prisma, and API integrations
• Experience with code contributions and reviews in a multi-person codebase
• Proven ability to own features end-to-end, from problem identification to solution implementation
• Comfort with DevOps practices, including server management and deployments
