GTM Engineer

Job Summary

Owning the Clay implementation and prospecting intelligence layer, the remote GTM Engineer will build and maintain systems to map total addressable markets, surface whitespace, and deliver prioritized prospect lists for pipeline generation.

Key responsibilities

• Build and maintain Clay workflows to map intent signals and identify whitespace across segments and territories
• Enrich and score accounts using third-party signals to create prioritized prospect lists
• Partner with Sales and SDR teams to deliver targeted outreach sequences based on account tier and buying signals

Required qualifications

• 6+ years in Revenue Operations, Sales Operations, or GTM Engineering, with 2 years focused on prospecting infrastructure
• Hands-on experience building and owning Clay workflows or equivalent data orchestration platform
• Deep familiarity with third-party signal providers and their activation in outreach and territory planning
• Strong SQL skills and experience working in a data warehouse environment for enrichment validation
• Systems thinker with experience in connecting tools and building integrations that scale
