GTM Engineer

Job Summary

Joining the Growth team, the full-time GTM Engineer will manage the internal platform powering GTM operations, focusing on code review, feature development, and infrastructure management while ensuring quality and security in a remote work environment.

Key responsibilities

• Review pull requests from cross-functional contributors to validate logic and production-readiness
• Identify business problems and build features end-to-end, integrating external APIs into the application
• Manage deployments and infrastructure for the GTM platform, maintaining code quality standards and documentation

Required qualifications

• 3+ years of full-stack software engineering experience, including front-end development
• Fluency in a modern web stack: JavaScript/TypeScript, React/Next.js, Postgres, Docker, AWS, and API integrations
• Experience in contributing to and reviewing code in a multi-person codebase
• Proven track record of owning features end-to-end and driving adoption
• Comfort with DevOps tasks, including server management and deployments
