GTM Engineer

Job Summary

Joining the Growth team, the full-time GTM Engineer will manage the internal platform for GTM operations, focusing on code review, feature development, and infrastructure management while working in a hybrid environment.

Key responsibilities

• Review pull requests from cross-functional contributors to ensure code quality and production readiness
• Identify and develop solutions for business problems, integrating external APIs and managing feature development end-to-end
• Oversee deployments, servers, and infrastructure for the GTM platform while maintaining documentation and contributor patterns

Required qualifications

• 3+ years of full-stack software engineering experience, including front-end development
• Fluency in a modern web stack: JavaScript/TypeScript, React/Next.js, Postgres, Docker, AWS, and API integrations
• Experience in a multi-person codebase, including code review and managing merge conflicts
• Proven track record of owning features from problem identification to solution implementation and adoption
• Comfort with DevOps practices, including server management and deployments
