GTM Engineer

Job Summary

To enhance the efficiency of the go-to-market organization, the full-time GTM Engineer will design and implement innovative workflows, automations, and internal tools while collaborating closely with the Revenue Operations team in a remote capacity.

Key responsibilities

• Build fast, high-impact GTM solutions to improve daily operations for Sales and Customer Success teams
• Reduce manual work by automating data capture and workflow steps across various GTM systems
• Identify and deploy AI-enabled workflows to enhance productivity and operational efficiency

Required qualifications

• Strong experience in building workflows and automations in GTM or Revenue Operations, preferably in a high-growth SaaS environment
• 2+ years of experience with GTM systems such as Salesforce and Gong, focusing on process improvement
• Hands-on experience with automation tools and AI workflow technologies
• Demonstrated ability to turn loosely defined business problems into practical solutions independently
• Strong cross-functional instincts and communication skills to collaborate with both technical and non-technical stakeholders
