GTM Engineer

Job Summary

To support a growing revenue team, the full-time GTM Engineer will design and maintain the outbound infrastructure, CRM architecture, and AI-powered workflows, working remotely or in a hybrid capacity from the San Jose headquarters.

Key responsibilities

• Design and maintain programmatic outbound engines and enrichment workflows to generate qualified pipeline at scale
• Own CRM architecture, ensuring accurate lead routing, lifecycle stages, and data hygiene as the single source of truth
• Build AI-powered workflows for research, personalization, and outreach, and create closed-loop pipeline automation

Required qualifications

• 3-5+ years in GTM engineering, revenue operations, or a technical role within a B2B SaaS go-to-market team
• Hands-on experience with CRM platforms at the architecture level, including designing lead routing and building automation
• Proficiency with modern GTM tooling and workflow automation platforms such as Clay, ZoomInfo, and Zapier
• Working knowledge of SQL and at least one scripting language (Python or JavaScript)
• Demonstrated experience building AI-powered workflows and integrating LLM APIs in production environments
