GTM Engineer

Job Summary

Joining the Growth team, the full-time GTM Engineer will manage the internal platform for GTM operations, focusing on code review, feature development, and infrastructure management while ensuring quality and security in a collaborative remote environment.

Key responsibilities

• Review pull requests from cross-functional contributors to validate logic, security, and production-readiness
• Identify business problems and build features end-to-end, integrating external APIs and managing tooling enablement
• Manage deployments, servers, and infrastructure for the GTM platform while maintaining code quality standards and documentation

Required qualifications

• 3+ years of full-stack software engineering experience, including front-end development
• Fluency in a modern web stack: JavaScript/TypeScript, React/Next.js, Postgres, Docker, AWS, and API integrations
• Experience with multi-person codebases, including code reviews and managing merge conflicts
• Proven track record of owning features from problem identification to solution implementation and adoption
• Comfort with DevOps, including server management, deployments, and infrastructure
