GTM Engineer

Job Summary

Bridging the gap between complex technical infrastructure and high-velocity sales execution, the full-time GTM Engineer will design, build, and ship AI-powered workflows that enhance sales, marketing, and support functions, working remotely or from various locations including New York, San Francisco, Austin, London, or Lisbon.

Key responsibilities

• Design and maintain the data foundation for the Specialist GTM organization, ensuring data quality and enrichment workflows
• Audit existing tools and prioritize improvements, identifying gaps and overlaps without waiting for a roadmap
• Rapidly develop productivity workflows for sales representatives, focusing on quick iterations and practical solutions

Required qualifications

• 3+ years of experience in GTM Engineering, workflow automation, or a technical RevOps role, preferably in a high-growth, AI-native B2B environment
• Direct experience with Salesforce, including familiarity with its data model and ownership of changes
• Proficiency with AI coding assistants and a proven track record of managing end-to-end AI and automation workflows
• Strong understanding of APIs and webhooks for integrating third-party systems
• Ability to think systemically, breaking down problems into manageable parts for effective solution building
