GTM Engineer

Job Summary

To support a growing practice, the full-time GTM Engineer will design, build, and ship AI-powered workflows that enhance sales, marketing, and support functions while working remotely or from various office locations.

Key responsibilities

• Design and maintain the data foundation for the Specialist GTM organization, ensuring data quality and workflow orchestration
• Audit existing tools and prioritize improvements, identifying gaps and overlaps in the current stack
• Develop and implement productivity workflows quickly, focusing on iterative solutions and effective integration of third-party APIs

Required qualifications

• 3+ years of experience in GTM Engineering, workflow automation, or a technical RevOps role at a high-growth B2B company
• Direct experience with Salesforce, including familiarity with its data model and making necessary changes
• Proficiency in using AI coding assistants for building automation workflows
• Understanding of APIs and webhooks for integrating third-party systems
• Strong judgment in determining when to employ low-code solutions versus custom builds
