GTM Engineer

Job Summary

Bridging the gap between complex technical infrastructure and high-velocity sales execution, the full-time GTM Engineer will design, build, and ship AI-powered workflows that enhance sales, marketing, and support functions while working remotely or onsite in New York, San Francisco, Austin, London, or Lisbon.

Key responsibilities

• Design and maintain the data foundation for the Specialist GTM organization, ensuring data quality and workflow orchestration
• Audit existing tools to identify gaps and prioritize improvements, taking initiative without waiting for a roadmap
• Rapidly develop productivity workflows for sales representatives, focusing on quick iterations and practical solutions

Required qualifications

• 3+ years of experience in GTM Engineering, workflow automation, or a technical RevOps role at a high-growth, AI-native B2B company
• Direct experience with Salesforce and a strong understanding of its data model
• Proficiency with AI coding assistants and a track record of owning end-to-end AI and automation workflows
• Fundamental knowledge of APIs and webhooks for integrating third-party systems
• Ability to think in systems, breaking down problems into composable parts for reusable and maintainable solutions
