GTM Engineer

Job Summary

Collaborating closely with the Senior Manager of Revenue Operations, the full-time GTM Engineer will design, develop, and maintain internal web applications and AI-enabled tools that enhance productivity across the Customer Growth & Success lifecycle, primarily working in a remote environment.

Key responsibilities

• Design and build new product features for internal web applications using a modern tech stack
• Develop and maintain data pipelines and automated integrations with core revenue systems
• Translate business pain points into actionable engineering roadmaps in partnership with CGS stakeholders

Required qualifications

• 3+ years of experience in a Revenue Engineering or technical Revenue Operations role
• Experience using AI tools for application development (e.g., Claude Code, ChatGPT)
• Proficiency in software development with modern tech stacks (e.g., Python, Node.js, Next.js)
• Experience with Salesforce integration and development infrastructure
• Familiarity with backend-as-a-service platforms and hosting solutions (e.g., Supabase, Vercel)
