GTM Engineer

Job Summary

Owning the internal platform that powers GTM operations, the full-time GTM Engineer will manage code reviews, feature development, and infrastructure operations while working collaboratively with cross-functional contributors in a hybrid environment.

Key responsibilities

• Review pull requests for logic, security, and production readiness while maintaining the GTM platform codebase
• Identify business problems and build features end-to-end, integrating external APIs as needed
• Manage deployments and infrastructure for the GTM platform while maintaining code quality standards and documentation

Required qualifications

• 3+ years of full-stack software engineering experience, including front-end development
• Fluency in a modern web stack: JavaScript/TypeScript, React/Next.js, Postgres, Docker, AWS, and API integrations
• Experience in contributing to and reviewing code in a multi-person codebase
• A proven track record of owning features from problem identification to solution implementation
• Comfort with DevOps practices including server management and deployments
