GTM Engineer

Job Summary

Joining the Growth team, the full-time GTM Engineer will manage the internal platform that powers GTM operations by reviewing code contributions, maintaining the codebase, and developing end-to-end features while working remotely.

Key responsibilities

• Review pull requests from cross-functional contributors to ensure logic, security, and production readiness
• Identify business problems and build features from scoping to deployment
• Manage deployments and infrastructure for the GTM platform while maintaining code quality standards

Required qualifications

• 3+ years of full-stack software engineering experience, including front-end development
• Fluency in a modern web stack: JavaScript/TypeScript, React/Next.js, Postgres, Docker, AWS, and API integrations
• Experience with code review processes in a multi-person codebase
• Proven track record of owning features end-to-end without a detailed specification
• Comfort with DevOps practices, including server management and deployments
