GTM Engineer

Job Summary

Bridging the gap between complex technical infrastructure and high-velocity sales execution, the full-time GTM Engineer will design, build, and ship AI-powered workflows to enhance sales, marketing, and support functions while working remotely or onsite in New York, San Francisco, Austin, London, or Lisbon.

Key responsibilities

• Design and maintain the data foundation for the Specialist GTM organization, focusing on account and contact data quality and enrichment workflows
• Audit existing tools and generate a backlog to identify and prioritize gaps and overlaps in the tech stack
• Develop and implement productivity workflows quickly, prioritizing fast shipping and iterative improvements

Required qualifications

• 3+ years of experience in GTM Engineering, workflow automation, or a technical RevOps role at a high-growth, AI-native B2B company
• Direct experience with Salesforce, including familiarity with its data model and ownership of changes
• Proficiency in using AI coding assistants to build automation workflows
• Strong understanding of APIs and webhooks for integrating third-party systems
• Ability to think systemically, breaking problems into composable parts for reusable and maintainable solutions
