GTM Engineer

Job Summary

To support a growing revenue operations team, the full-time remote GTM Engineer will manage Salesforce optimization, oversee the GTM tool stack, and design workflows that enhance operational efficiency across Sales, Marketing, and Customer Success.

Key responsibilities

• Administer and optimize Salesforce, ensuring it serves as a reliable source of truth through user management and reporting dashboards
• Own the GTM tool stack, managing vendor relationships and providing data-driven recommendations for tool consolidation and enhancements
• Design and deploy workflows and integrations that streamline processes and leverage AI to reduce manual efforts across teams

Required qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in GTM Engineering, RevOps Systems, or Salesforce Admin roles within a high-growth B2B SaaS or marketplace environment
• Salesforce Administrator certification or equivalent expertise, with proficiency in flows, validation rules, and custom objects
• Experience incorporating AI tools into GTM workflows to reduce manual tasks
• Hands-on experience managing a SaaS GTM tool stack and conducting vendor evaluations
• Strong technical aptitude for system integrations, including experience with REST APIs and iPaaS platforms
