GTM Engineer
Job Summary
Joining the Growth team, the full-time GTM Engineer will manage the internal platform that supports GTM operations, focusing on code review, feature development, and infrastructure management in a collaborative environment.
Key responsibilities
- Review pull requests from cross-functional contributors to ensure code quality and production readiness
- Identify business problems and develop features from scoping to deployment
- Manage deployments and maintain infrastructure for the GTM platform
Required qualifications
- 3+ years of full-stack software engineering experience, including front-end development
- Proficiency in JavaScript/TypeScript, React/Next.js, Postgres, Docker, AWS, and API integrations
- Experience in code review and collaboration within a multi-person codebase
- Demonstrated ability to own features end-to-end and drive adoption
- Comfort with DevOps practices, including server management and deployments
