GTM Engineer

Job Summary

Owning the internal platform that powers GTM operations, the full-time GTM Engineer will manage code reviews, develop features end-to-end, and oversee infrastructure while working collaboratively with cross-functional teams in a hybrid work environment.

Key responsibilities

• Review pull requests from contributors to ensure code quality, security, and production readiness
• Identify and solve business problems by building and integrating features, including external APIs
• Manage deployments and maintain infrastructure for the GTM platform while upholding code quality standards

Required qualifications

• 3+ years of full-stack software engineering experience, including front-end development
• Proficiency in modern web technologies: JavaScript/TypeScript, React/Next.js, Postgres, Docker, AWS, and API integrations
• Experience with multi-person codebases, including code reviews and managing merge conflicts
• Demonstrated ability to own features from problem identification to solution implementation and adoption
• Comfort with DevOps practices, including server management and deployments
