Job Summary
To support a growing marketing team, the full-time remote GTM Engineer will manage end-to-end campaign execution, build audience architecture, and engineer automated workflows across various platforms to enhance demand generation and ABM programs.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead multi-channel GTM campaigns including product launches and outbound plays
- Manage segmentation, targeting, and campaign design to create accurate targeting segments
- Build and deploy automated workflows to streamline audience building and lead routing
Required Qualifications
- 4-7 years in B2B Marketing Ops, RevOps, or Growth roles with a focus on campaign execution
- Proven success in executing and optimizing demand generation and ABM programs
- Experience with Salesforce, Clay, Make.com, and outbound platforms like Salesloft
- Strong understanding of data flow and attribution modeling in CRM environments
- Ability to write compelling B2B sales copy that supports AI-assisted personalization
