GTM Engineer

Job Summary

Building and maintaining the automation and integration layer that powers revenue operations, the full-time GTM Engineer will focus on configuring and optimizing systems across a modern GTM stack while working remotely.

Key responsibilities

• Build and maintain automated workflows and integrations between various tools in the GTM stack, including Salesforce and Outreach
• Handle day-to-day Salesforce administration, including object configuration and data hygiene initiatives
• Implement AI-assisted workflows and maintain data accuracy across systems for reporting and analytics

Required qualifications

• 2-4 years in a technical RevOps or sales systems role with experience in Salesforce administration and workflow automation
• Proficiency in Salesforce, including flows, reports, and core admin tasks
• Experience building AI-assisted workflows or working with LLM integrations
• Familiarity with APIs, webhooks, and basic data transformation
• Background in B2B SaaS
