GTM Engineer

Job Summary

Bridging the gap between complex technical infrastructure and high-velocity sales execution, the full-time GTM Engineer will design, build, and ship AI-powered workflows to enhance sales, marketing, and support functions, working remotely or from various locations including New York.

Key responsibilities

• Design and maintain the data foundation for the Specialist GTM organization, focusing on data quality and enrichment workflows
• Audit existing tools to identify gaps and prioritize improvements, taking initiative without waiting for a roadmap
• Rapidly develop and implement productivity workflows for sales representatives, emphasizing quick iterations and practical solutions

Required qualifications

• 3+ years of experience in GTM Engineering, workflow automation, or technical RevOps, preferably in a high-growth, AI-native B2B environment
• Direct experience with Salesforce and a strong understanding of its data model
• Proficiency in using AI coding assistants for building workflows
• Experience in managing end-to-end AI and automation workflows
• Fundamental knowledge of APIs and webhooks for integrating third-party systems
