GTM Engineer

Job Summary

As the first GTM Engineer in a full-time remote position, the successful candidate will partner with Growth, Sales, Design, and Engineering teams to develop AI-powered systems that enhance revenue, while also auditing existing GTM stacks and embedding with sales teams to streamline operations.

Key responsibilities

• Ship AI-powered workflows to scale growth and sales efforts
• Audit the GTM stack to identify gaps and implement solutions quickly
• Build internal tools to automate manual workflows and enhance efficiency

Required qualifications

• 2-5 years of professional software engineering experience, particularly in GTM or revenue systems
• Experience with AI tools and building applications using LLMs and AI agents
• Proficiency in modern GTM stacks and integration with APIs and webhooks
• Strong product and design sensibility for developing polished internal tools
• Commercial instinct with the ability to identify leverage in sales and growth contexts
