GTM Engineer

Job Summary

Bridging the gap between complex technical infrastructure and high-velocity sales execution, the full-time GTM Engineer will design, build, and ship AI-powered workflows that enhance sales, marketing, and support functions in a remote environment.

Key responsibilities

• Design and maintain the data foundation for the Specialist GTM organization, focusing on data quality and workflow orchestration
• Audit existing tools and identify gaps, prioritizing improvements and shipping productivity workflows quickly
• Integrate third-party APIs to ensure reliable data flow across systems while documenting all built solutions

Required qualifications

• 3+ years of experience in GTM Engineering, workflow automation, or a technical RevOps role at a high-growth, AI-native B2B company
• Direct experience with Salesforce, including familiarity with its data model and ownership of changes
• Proficiency in using AI coding assistants for building automation workflows
• Strong understanding of APIs and webhooks for integrating third-party systems
• Ability to think in systems, creating reusable and maintainable solutions while minimizing technical debt
