GTM Engineer

Job Summary

Bridging the gap between complex technical infrastructure and high-velocity sales execution, the full-time GTM Engineer will design, build, and ship AI-powered workflows to enhance sales, marketing, and support functions in a remote or hybrid environment.

Key responsibilities

• Design and maintain the data foundation for the Specialist GTM organization, ensuring account and contact data quality
• Audit existing tools and prioritize backlog items to address gaps and overlaps in the tech stack
• Rapidly develop and implement productivity workflows for sales representatives, focusing on quick iterations and practical solutions

Required qualifications

• 3+ years of experience in GTM Engineering, workflow automation, or a technical RevOps role at a high-growth, AI-native B2B company
• Direct experience with Salesforce, including a strong understanding of its data model
• Proficiency in using AI coding assistants for building automation solutions
• Experience owning end-to-end AI and automation workflows
• Fundamental understanding of APIs and webhooks for system integration
