GTM Engineer

Job Summary

Bridging complex technical infrastructure with high-velocity sales execution, the full-time GTM Engineer will design, build, and ship AI-powered workflows to enhance sales, marketing, and support functions in a remote environment.

Key responsibilities

• Design and maintain the data foundation for the Specialist GTM organization, focusing on data quality and enrichment workflows
• Audit existing tools and prioritize improvements to address gaps and overlaps in the tech stack
• Rapidly develop and implement productivity workflows, emphasizing quick iterations and practical solutions

Required qualifications

• 3+ years of experience in GTM Engineering, workflow automation, or a technical RevOps role at a high-growth, AI-native B2B company
• Direct experience with Salesforce, including familiarity with its data model and making changes
• Proficiency with AI coding assistants and a history of building automation workflows
• Fundamental understanding of APIs and webhooks for third-party system integration
• Strong judgment in determining when to use low-code solutions versus custom builds
