GTM Engineer

Job Summary

Bridging complex technical infrastructure and high-velocity sales execution, the full-time GTM Engineer will design, build, and ship AI-powered workflows that enhance sales, marketing, and support functions in a remote environment.

Key responsibilities

• Design and maintain the data foundation for the Specialist GTM organization, ensuring data quality and enrichment workflows
• Audit existing tools to identify gaps and prioritize improvements without waiting for a roadmap
• Develop and implement productivity workflows quickly, focusing on small, iterative solutions

Required qualifications

• 3+ years of experience in GTM Engineering, workflow automation, or a technical RevOps role in a high-growth, AI-native B2B company
• Direct experience with Salesforce and familiarity with its data model
• Proficiency in using AI coding assistants for building solutions
• Strong understanding of APIs and webhooks for third-party system integration
• Ability to think in systems and design reusable, extensible solutions
