GTM Engineer

Job Summary

Joining the Growth team, the full-time GTM Engineer will manage the internal platform for GTM operations, focusing on code review, feature development, and infrastructure management while ensuring high quality and velocity in a remote-friendly environment.

Key responsibilities

• Review PRs from cross-functional contributors to validate logic, security, and production-readiness
• Identify business problems and build features end-to-end, including integrating external APIs
• Manage deployments, servers, and infrastructure for the GTM platform while maintaining code quality standards

Required qualifications

• 3+ years of full-stack software engineering experience, including front-end development
• Fluency in a modern web stack: JavaScript/TypeScript, React/Next.js, Postgres, Docker, AWS, and API integrations
• Experience in contributing to and reviewing code in a multi-person codebase
• Proven track record of owning features end-to-end, from problem identification to solution adoption
• Comfort with DevOps, including server management and deployments
